Celem głównym planowanego projektu jest poprawa jakości środowiska dzięki uporządkowaniu gospodarki wodociągowej w Gminie Ułęż. W ramach projektu "Poprawa infrastruktury wodociągowej w Gminie Ułęż" gmina planuje zrealizować przedsięwzięcie inwestycyjne, które będzie obejmowało swoim zakresem modernizację stacji wodociągowych w Białkach Dolnych i Zosinie polegającą na modernizacji budynków, wymianie urządzeń technologicznych uzdatniania wody, wymianie instalacji elektrycznej, modernizacji ogrodzenia placu, utwardzeniu placu, uzupełnienie zieleni istniejącej, rekonstrukcji studni nr 1 w Białkach Dolnych. Projekt zakłada także montaż wodomierzy z wyższą klasą metrologiczną, odpornych na działanie pola magnetycznego i wyposażonych w nakładkę do odczytu radiowego, który umożliwia odczyt wskazań w przypadku utrudnienia dostępu lub braku obecności odbiorcy. System odczytu radiowego ponadto umożliwia odczyt na określoną datę , określenie awarii na instalacji wewnętrznej (stały wyciek), określenie czasu przyłożenia magnesu, określenia daty niepożądanej ingerencji w wodomierz . Dodatkowo zostanie wykorzystany system ICT wspomagający zarządzanie gospodarką wodną. Zastosowanie radiowego odczytu wodomierzy pozwoli na lepszą kontrolę i zmniejszenie zużycia wody.Grupą docelową omawianego projektu będą mieszkańcy gminy Ułęż, którzy będą korzystać z rezultatów realizacji przedsięwzięcia czyli lepszej jakości dostarczanej wody. Projekt jest korzystny ze względu na realizację celów środowiskowych jakimi są obniżenie niekontrolowanych strat i poprawa jakości wody pitnej oraz podniesienie jakości życia mieszkańców. (Polish)

The main aim of the planned project is to improve the quality of the environment by structuring the water economy in the municipality of UŁęż. In the framework of the project “Improvement of the water supply infrastructure in the municipality of UŁęż”, the municipality plans to implement the investment project which will cover the modernisation of water stations in the Lower Silesia and Zosin water stations in the area of refurbishment of buildings, the replacement of technological water treatment facilities, the replacement of electrical installations, the upgrading of the square fence, the construction of the site, the reconstruction of the legacy, the reconstruction of the wells 1 in the Dolna proteins. The project also implies the installation of water meters with a higher metrological class, resistant to magnetic field performance and equipped with a radio reading pad, which allows reading indications in the event of foreclosure or non-presence. The radio reading system also allows the reading of the failure of the internal installation (continuous leakage) for a specific date, the determination of the time of application of the magnet, the determination of the date of undesirable interference in the meter. In addition, an ICT system supporting water management will be used. The use of radio reading meters will allow better control and reduction of water use. the target group of the project will be the inhabitants of the municipality of UŁęż, who will benefit from the results of the project, i.e. a better quality of the water supplied. The project is beneficial for the achievement of the environmental objectives of reducing uncontrolled losses and improving the quality of drinking water and improving the quality of life of the inhabitants.
