Cel: sprzyjanie rozwojowi społeczno - gospodarczemu Białej Podlaskiej i wzmacnianie jego funkcji ponadlokalnej poprzez unowocześnienie i zwiększenie atrakcyjności oferty Muzeum Południowego Podlasia. Zakres: 1. Prace przygotowawcze. 2. Realizacja, w tym: - zakupy sprzętu komputerowego i licencji (5 stanowisk - komputery z oprogramowaniem i peryferiami oraz urządzenia wielofunkcyjne, w tym 3 do obróbki graficznej w pracowni digitalizacji i dwa do wprowadzania danych) oraz sprzętu do fotografowania zbiorów (do pracowni digitalizacji), - prace budowlane/adaptacyjne/instalacyjne (dostosowanie pomieszczeń do potrzeb funkcjonowania serwerowni i pracowni digitalizacji, budowa zasilania, połączenie pracowni z serwerownią), - zakup serwerów z osprzętem (pamięć masowa, UPS, przełączniki, NGF/UTM, szafa serwerowa itp.), - kwerenda i opracowanie zbiorów, - zakup i wdrożenie aplikacji służącej opracowaniu i inwentaryzacji zbiorów oraz prezentacji efektów prac digitalizacyjnych (w tym portalu, służącego prezentacji wyników digitalizacji, dostosowanego do wymagań osób z niepełnosprawnościami wg. obowiązujących standardów), szkolenia dla pracowników muzeum oraz testy i wdrożenie systemu, - praca osoby zatrudnionej na podstawie umowy zlecenia do fotografowania obiektów oraz praca konserwatora. Grupy docelowe: Osoby zainteresowane zbiorami profesjonalnie, uczniowie, inni odbiorcy kultury (osoby zainteresowane ofertą muzeum) z kraju i zagranicy. W ramach projektu przewiduje się prace digitalizacyjne i osiągnięcie wartości docelowej wskaźnika produktu - liczby zdigitalizowanych dokumentów na poziomie 450 sztuk. Wyniki zostaną udostępnione przez muzeum za pośrednictwem portalu. Serwery służące gromadzeniu i prezentacji wyników będą miały pojemność minimum 16 TB. W muzeum wdrożony będzie system system teleinformatyczny - system opracowywania zbiorów oraz digitalizacji. Ilość pobrań udostępnionych dokumentów na poziomie 10 tys./rok (Polish)

Objective: to encourage the social and economic development of Biała Podlaska and to strengthen its local function by modernising and making the offer of the Museum of South Podlasia’s offer more attractive. Scope: 1. Preparatory work. 2. Implementation, including: — purchases of computer equipment and licences (5 posts — computers with software and periphery computers and MFDs, including 3 for graphic processing in the digitisation room and two for data entry) and collection equipment for the collection (for digitisation works), — construction/adaptation/installation works (adaptation of rooms to the needs of the server room and for the digitisation works, construction of the power supply, connection of server workers), — purchase of servers with fittings (mass storage, UPS, switches, NGF/UTM, server grade, etc.), the purchase and implementation of the application for the compilation and inventory of collections and the presentation of the effects of digitisation work (including the portal to present the results of digitalisation, adapted to the requirements of persons with disabilities, adapted to the requirements of persons with disabilities), training for staff of the museum and testing and implementation of the system, — the work of a person employed under a contract to take photographs of the objects and the work of a preservative. The target groups: Those involved in the collection are professionally interested, students, other cultural consumers (who are interested in the offer of the museum) from the country and the rest of the world. The project foresees digitisation work and the attainment of the target value of the product indicator, with 450 digitised documents. The results will be made available by the museum via the portal. The servers for collecting and presenting the results will have a minimum volume of 16 TB. The Museum will implement the system of an IT system — the collection system and the digitisation system.
