Projekt realizowany będzie w ZST-I w Łodzi, a jego uczestnikami będą uczniowie i n-le przedmiotów zaw tej Szk. Dynamicznie zmieniający się rynek pracy wymusza potrzebę dostosowywania i rozszerzania umiej zaw ucz. Podstawy progr nie nadążają za zmianami. Celem proj jest wsparcie Szk w podnoszeniu kompet i kwalifikacji zaw ucz, zwłaszcza w prakt formach kształ poprzez staże w zakładach pracy, dodatkowe zaj specjal realizowane we współ z podmiotami z otoczenia społ-gosp Szk, doposaż pracowni szk w nowoczesny sprzęt, mat dydakt zapewniające wysoką jakość kształ i umożliwiające realizację podst progr kształcenia zaw, wsparcie ucz w zakresie zdobywania dodat uprawnień zwiększ ich szanse na rynku pracy. Wsparcie n-li w doskonaleniu umiejętności stosowania tech IT i nowoczesh technologii w przemyśle wpłynie na jakość kształcenia ucz. Grupę doc. stanowi 70 ucz, w tym 5 dzw i 2 ucz ob wiejskich ZSTI z klas tech mechan, mechatr i infor oraz 4 n-li (2k i 2m) kształ zaw. Zadania: kursy spawania, progr i ob obrabiarek CNC, cyfrow. obr. mat. graf, na upraw SEP do 1 kV, program urz mechatr, zawod kursy doskonal dla n-li, ucz odbędą staże zaw.
