Głównym celem proj.jest zwiększenie do 31.08.2020 roku zdolności do podjęcia zatrudnienia 70 (40K/30M) osób od 30 roku życia,zamieszkujących w rozumieniu Kodeksu Cywilnego na obszarze woj. dolnośląskiego[WD] [w tym min. 35 (20K/15M) na terenie objętym zatwierdzonym programem rewitalizacji], pozostających bez zatrudnienia [35 (20K/15M) bezrobotnych [BB] oraz 35 (20K/15M) biernych zawodowo[BZ]], znajdujących się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, w tym:min. 40kobietmin.14(8K/6M)osób w wieku 50 lat i więcejmin. 7 (4K/3M) osób z niepełnosprawnościamimin. 14 (8K/6M) osób długotrwale bezrobotnychmin. 35 (20K/15M) osób o niskich kwalifikacjach,poprzez objęcie ich kompleksowym wsparciem w postaci:identyfikacji potrzeb wraz z opracowaniem/aktualizacją IPD (Zad.1),indywidualnego poradnictwa zawodowego (Zad.2),szkoleń (Zad.3),staży (Zad.4)pośrednictwa pracy (Zad.5).Realizacja niniejszego proj. jest uzasadniona problemem niskiej zdolności do zatrudnienia osób z grupy docelowej, na którą składa się m.in. brak kwalifikacji i doświadczenia zawodowego wymaganych przez lokalnych pracodawców. Problemy z dostępem do zatrudnienia dotykają w szczeg.: K, ON, osoby w wieku 50+, DBB, os. o niskich kwalifikacjach, os. zamieszkujące obszary rewitalizowane. Przedmiotowy projekt stanowi odpowiedź na zdiagnozowane wyżej problemy, poprzez objęcie ww. osób kompleksowym wsparciem, zwiększającym zdolność grupy docelowej do podjęcia zatrudnienia.Główne rezultatyzaplanowane do osiągnięcia, dzięki realizacji proj.:Liczba osób pracujących, łącznie z prowadzącymi działalność na własny rachunek, po opuszczeniu programu - min. 28 (16K/12M),Liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu - min. 36 (20K/16M).Wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji, w tym osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami do poziomu ISCED 3 - min. 42%Okres realizacji: 01.04.2019 - 31.08.2020 (Polish)

The main objective is to increase the employability of 70 (40K/30M) persons from the age of 30 residing within the meaning of the Civil Code in the Dolnoslaskie region [WD] [including at least 35 (20K/15M) in the area covered by the approved regeneration programme] without employment [35 (20K/15M) for the unemployed [BB] and 35 (20K/15M) inactive [BZ]], who are in a particular situation in the labour market, at tym:min. 40women min.14 (8K/6M). 7 (4K/3M) of persons with a disability. 14 (8K/6M) unemployed long-term unemployed. 35 (20K/15M) for the low-skilled, through their comprehensive support in postaci:identyfikacji needs, including the development/update of IPDs (Zad.1), individual career guidance (Zad.2), training (Zad.3), traineeships (Zad.4) for job matching (Task 5).Implementation of this type is justified by the problem of low employability of those in the target group, including lack of qualifications and professional experience required by local employers. Problems with access to employment affect the following: K, ON, persons aged 50 +, DBB, low skilled, to be allocated to regenerated areas. The project addresses the problems identified above by including the above-mentioned individuals through comprehensive support, increasing the employability of the target group. the main results planned to be achieved by means of proj.: number of persons employed, including self-employment, upon leaving — min. 28 (16K/12M), Number of persons who obtained qualifications after leaving — min. 36 (20K/16M).The employment efficiency ratio for the most vulnerable, including persons aged 50 and over, women, persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications in ISCED 3 — min. 42 % Implementation period: 01.04.2019-31.08.2020 (English)
