Goal:To ensure a smooth and effective transition of young people to the SZ and their graduates for the work by developing and adapting to the Polish conditions, to test in 3 PE to group 60 U and in 3 PUP to group 30 B and to implement innovative models by 24 institutions (PLO or SZ):strengthening the cooperation of the MD from N to DA, supporting the transition to the labour market, already at the study stage in the PE, supporting B in the entry into service of PES as part of the activities of the PES, building on the German solutions in this respect, for the period up to 31 December 2021, in partnership with the Berlin-Brandenburg Regional Directorate (BA).The result indicators: — Transfer and adoption of German solutions in the form of 3 innovative models (strengthening the collaboration of PUP with PUP, supporting the transition to the labour market, supporting B of these schools) in the 1- Awareness-raising awareness, knowledge and skills of the public sector, N with PPE test definition, 3- Increasing awareness of the pro-European partners in the field of 3 innovative models — 24-Recommendation for an effective and sustainable use of the solution — 1- Awareness-raising of awareness, knowledge and skills of the MD from the PUP and Nise PEs in terms of solution — 96 target group: users:3 PUP and 3 SZODBIORITY:60 U w/w schools;after 20 U of each PE and 30 B of the PE registered in the PLO;after 10 B of each PUPZania: 1. preparation of the solution, in cooperation with a supranational partner, 2 testing developed with the support of a transnational partner. 3.Analysis of the effects of the tested cartel, taking into account expert opinions and support to partner supranational partner 4.Drawing up a final version of the resolution with a transnational partner, including the results of the search and analysis of its achievements (5).Address implementation in practice (6).Development of recommendations (English)
