Gł. celem projektu ZRK1 jest zapewnienie sprawnego funkcjonowania ZRK oraz rozwój rejestru, jako kluczowego narzędzia ZSK. W ramach projektu realiz. będą: - prace ciągłe związane z prowadzeniem ZRK (w tym dokonywanie wpisów dot. wszystkich kwalifikacji włącz. do ZSK, zapewn. aktualności inf. zawartych w rejestrze, komunikacja z użytk., stała obs. programistyczna); - prowadz. portalu ZRK, będącego częścią portalu ZSK, zapewn. publiczny dostęp do informacji zawartych w rejestrze; - sprawna obsługa wniosków adresowanych do ministrów właściwych składanych za pośred. portalu ZRK (o włącz. kwalifikacji rynkowych do ZSK, o nadanie uprawnień do certyfik., o wpis na listę PZZJ) - modernizacja syst.informat. ZRK dostosowanie go do zmian w ZSK oraz potrzeb interesariuszy, dodanie nowych funkcjonalności (aplikacji) wynikających z zebranych doświadczeń i dobrych praktyk (np. aktywne formularze, zarz. kwalifikacjami, aplikacja dla IC i PZZJ); - utworzenie połączeń międzysystemowych rejestru kwalifikacji z systemem POLon, z europejskim portalem ram kwalifikacji Ploteus (LOQ), z wynikami badań Ekonomicznych Losów Absolwentów (ELA). - poprawa jakości i rozszerzenie zakresu gromadzonych w ZRK danych (w tym uzupełnienie informacji o kwalifikacjach pełnych z obszaru szkolnictwa wyższego o syntetyczne charakterystyki kwalifikacji, tłumaczenia syntetycznych charakterystyk kwalifikacji na j. angielski); - przygotowanie innowacyjnych narzędzi wspomagających planowanie uczenia się i wybór dróg rozwoju kompetencji (m.in. aplikacje kompas, ścieżki rozwoju, szkolnictwo branżowe); - monitorowanie funkcjonowania ZRK, w tym identyfikowanie potrzeb interesariuszy wobec rejestru i podmiotu prowadzącego ZRK, przygot. raportu zawierającego wnioski i propozycje dot. rozwoju ZRK; - wsparcie ministra koordynatora ZSK w zapewnieniu aktualności i zgodności z PRK kwalifikacji pełnych z syst. oświaty i szkolnictwa wyższego ujętych w ZRK - działalność informacyjna i edukacyjna dla użytkowników rejestru. The objective of the ZRK1 project is to ensure the smooth functioning of the ZK and the development of the register as a key tool of the ZSK.Within the framework of the project, they will:— continuous work linked to the implementation of the ZK (including all the qualifications relating to all the qualifications included in the ZSK, an inflation news item included in the register, communication to the user., as a developer);From the ZSK portal, which is part of the ZSK portal, the public access to the information contained in the register;An efficient handling of requests addressed to the ministers responsible for the intermediary’s system (on the inclusion of marketable qualifications in the ZSK on the certification of certificates, to be included in the list of PZZJ) — modernisation of the IT system.To adjust it to the changes in the ZSK and to the needs of stakeholders, to add new functionalities (applications) resulting from the experience gained and good practices (e.g. active forms, skills, an application for IC and PZZJ);Creation of interconnection of registers of qualifications with a Polonium system, the European Qualifications Framework for the Ploteus Qualification Framework (LOQ), with the results of the Economic Research Framework Programme (ELA).— improving the quality and extension of the scope of the data collection in the UK (including completing higher education qualifications with synthetic qualifications, translations of synthetic characteristics into English);Preparation of innovative tools to support the planning of learning and the choice of paths for the development of competences (e.g. compass applications, pathways, sector education);— monitor the functioning of the KZK, including the identification of the needs of stakeholders vis-à-vis the registry and the operator of the KZF, prepare a report containing the conclusions and proposals for the development of the ZK;Support to the Minister of Coordinator ZSK to ensure the timeliness and compliance with the PRK of full knowledge of the quality of education and higher education included in the ZCDR — information and education for the users of the register.
