Trasa linii zlokalizowana jest na terenie województw: wielkopolskiego oraz kujawsko – pomorskiego, gmin: Białe Błota, Sicienko, Nakło nad Notecią, Mrocza, Sadki, Wyrzysk, Białośliwie, Wysoka, Miasteczko Krajeńskie, Kaczory. Stacja elektroenergetyczna 220/110 kV Bydgoszcz Zachód położona jest na terenie miejscowości Lipniki w gminie Białe Błota, w powiecie bydgoskim, w województwie kujawsko-pomorskim. Projekt realizowany jest na obszarze słabiej rozwiniętym. (Polish)
