Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie innowacji produktowej. GLOBAL SYSTEM, w wyniku realizacji założonego zakresu rzeczowego, rozpocznie produkcję i sprzedaż innowacyjnych w skali międzynarodowej elastycznych, zminiaturyzowanych bram przeciwpożarowych w klasie odporności ogniowej EI60. Nowe rozwiązanie pozwala zapewnić ochronę przeciwpożarową przy zastosowaniu tylko jednego, elastycznego płaszcza przeciwpożarowego zawierającego rdzeń pęczniejący wykonany z grafitu sypkiego. Nowatorski produkt oferuje zalety w zakresie znacznego zmniejszenia masy bramy przeciwpożarowej oraz zajmowanej powierzchni. Opracowany produkt jest efektem przeprowadzonych przez Wnioskodawcę prac B+R, które ukierunkowane były na eliminację zidentyfikowanych problemów technologicznych w obecnie oferowanych na rynku bramach przeciwpożarowych. Opracowany przez GLOBAL SYSTEM produkt jest przedmiotem zgłoszenia patentowego P.424973 pt. „Płaszcz przeciwpożarowy” Nowy produkt zostanie zaoferowany na rynku polskim oraz na rynkach europejskich.-SA 42799(2015/X), art. 13 rozp.651/2014. The project focuses on the implementation of product innovation.Global SYSTEM shall, as a result of the realisation of the material scope, begin the production and sale of innovative, internationally flexible, miniature firemen in the exposure class of EI60.The new solution makes it possible to ensure fire protection by using only one flexible fire jacket containing a cord core made of loose graphite.The novel product offers advantages in terms of significantly reducing the mass of the fire gate and the area occupied.The product developed is the result of the Applicant’s R & D work, which aims at addressing the identified technological problems in the current fire fighting gates market.The product prepared by GLOBAL is the subject of the patent application P.424973:“Fire valve” A new product will be offered on the Polish market and on the European markets 42799 (2015/X), Article 13 rozp.651/2014.
