Przedmiotem projektu są prace rozwojowe mające na celu weryfikację i dopracowanie kompozycji materiałowej i konstrukcyjnej Luksusowych Paneli Winylowych, tzw. LVT oraz wdrożenie w warunkach produkcyjnych technologii produkcji paneli spełniających warunek „bezftalanowy i emisja poniżej granicy oznaczalności” i będących w pełni materiałem podlegającym recyklingowi. Nowa technologia produkcji składa się z następujących procesów: - technologii prasowania warstwy spodniej z granulatu wyprodukowanego we własnym zakresie, - kalandrowania folii do druku i warstwy użytkowej, - drukowania rotograwiurą z użyciem farb wodno-rozpuszczalnych, - zgrzewanie w procesie ciągłym warstwy spodniej, folii zadrukowanej i użytkowej, - moletowania z rejestrem tzw. „Embossing in Register”, - cięcia na prasie wykrawającej w celu uzyskania paneli ze zgrzanych warstw, - obróbka paneli w celu uzyskania „systemu click” łączącego panele w trakcie ich instalacji. W wyniku projektu na rynek zostanie wprowadzony panel podłogowy LVT przeznaczony do użytkowania w szczególnie wymagających warunkach o dużym natężeniu ruchu, w szczególności w budynkach użyteczności publicznej takich jak sieci handlowe i sklepy. Zgodnie z art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. The project involves development work to verify and refine the materials and design of the luxury Pannela Winysl.LVT and manufacturing conditions for the production of panels which meet the condition of ‘non-phthalat and emissions below the limit of quantification’ and are fully recyclable material.The new production technology consists of the following processes:— Technology for pressing the layer of self-produced pellet, — calendering film for printing and formulation, — rotogravure printing with water-soluble paints, — welding in the continuous layer of the bottom layer, printed and/or usable film,‘Embosing in Register’, — cuts to the squeeze newspaper to obtain the hot layers panels, — Treatment of panels to obtain a ‘click system’ linking the panels during their installation.As a result of the project, a floor pan panel (LVT) will be put on the market to be used in particularly heavy traffic conditions, in particular in public buildings such as commercial networks and shops.In accordance with Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ L(EU L 187/1, 26.06.2014)) (English)
