Celem projektu Opracowanie innowacyjnej technologii wytwarzania pojazdów pożarniczych jest wykonaniedemonstratora nowego innowacyjnego procesu produkcji pojazdów specjalnych. Innowacyjność procesu produkcji opierała się będzie na: - zastosowaniu ciągłego procesu produkcyjnego do pojazdów specjalnych w szczególności pożarniczych wytwarzanych jednostkowo lub w niewielkich ilościach, - wprowadzeniu zmian w technologii produkcji umożliwiających zwiększenie opcji konfiguracyjnych finalnego produktu a tym samym przy produkcji potokowej zaoferowanie klientom szerszego wachlarza wyrobów, - wprowadzeniu do produkcji zautomatyzowanych stanowisk wytwórczych i zautomatyzowanych procesów kontroli jakości, - zorganizowanie produkcji w sposób umożliwiający produkowanie w jednym ciągu produkcyjnym wyrobów wytwarzanych w różnych technologiach: (kompozytowej, hybrydowej, spawanej, skręcanej), - wprowadzeniu narzędzi informatycznych pozwalających dynamicznie zarządzać produkcją i dysponować zasobami, elastycznie zarządzać procesem produkcyjnym, optymalnie podejmować decyzje dotyczące kolejności realizacji i doboru zasobów dla poszczególnych operacji technologicznych, - skróceniu cyklu produkcyjnego pojedynczego pojazdu specjalnego pożarniczego a tym samym szybszej reakcji na oczekiwania rynku dotyczące czasu dostawy, - poprawę jakości wyboru poprzez wprowadzenie nowych technologii wykonania oraz systemów kontroli jakości. W ramach istniejącej struktury firmy WISS oraz w budowanym Centrum Badawczo Rozwojowym zostanie wykonany demonstrator technologiczny ciągłego procesu produkcji z wszystkim elementami niezbędnymi do wykonania testów produkcyjnych. Art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. The development of an innovative technology for the manufacture of fire-fighting vehicles is to perform a demonstration of a new innovative process for the production of special vehicles.The process of manufacturing innovation will be based on:Application of a continuous process of production to special vehicles, in particular as a unit or in small quantities, — to introduce changes in production technology to increase the configuration option of the finished product and thus to offer a wider range of products to customers in the production process, to introduce for the manufacture of automated manufacturing posts and of automated quality control processes, to organise production in such a way that production of products manufactured in different technologies can be produced on one or more of the following:(composite, connected, welded), — introduction of IT tools to dynamically manage production and dispose of resources, manage the production process flexibly, make optimal decisions regarding the order of implementation and the selection of resources for each technological operation, shorten the production cycle of the individual vehicle of a special fire-fighting vehicle and thus speed up the response to market expectations relating to delivery times, improve the quality of choice by introducing new performance technologies and quality control systems.Within the existing structure of the WISS and the Development Research Centre, a continuous production process will be carried out with all the elements necessary for the completion of the production tests.Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).
