    The project Establishment of the system of dynamic response to information of crimes and other events in Lviv was submitted by Lviv Regional Board of Administration of the National Police to respond to the common challenges in the field of safety and security. Every city visitor, just like the citizen, needs to feel safe and realize that he/she is protected and will be able to get requested help in timely manner. The main result indicator is reduction of waiting time for safety and security services response. Also as a result of project implementation, we expect increase level of confidence in police, reduce number of crime committed in public places and improve crime solving. Within the frames of the project implementation the construction of the new administrative building with the possibility of integration of datas received from CCTV cameras of city infrastructure will be completed, six police stations placed in Lviv will be reconstructed, new administrative building will be equipped with the integrated multiservice telecommunication system, the emergency communication subsystem both with the system of exchange of operative information and monitoring response for the information of crimes and other events in Lviv will be improved, data transmission network will be created and CCTV cameras will be disposed. The center’s primary objective will be coordinated cooperation of the emergency services and bodies, and provision of requested help to the citizens and guests of Lviv in a timely manner. Also this will help police departments of Rzeszów police and police of Lviv region better communicate to improve their fight against crime and resolving crimes on the base of information received from the cameras disposed in Lviv. We want to apply a cross-border approach to the implementation of the project, because the concept of crime is constantly changing and is not limited to borders, also it is very important to us to learn from a positive experience of (Polish)
