THE CPIA LEADER HAS PUT IN PLACE A NETWORK OF ‘HORIZONTAL’ RELATIONS WITH OTHER SCHOOLS AND ‘VERTICAL’ RELATIONS WITH LOCAL AUTHORITIES ACTIVE IN EDUCATION/TRAINING, IN ORDER TO CREATE A CENTRE ABLE TO MEET THE NEEDS AND EXPECTATIONS OF ADULT LEARNERS, EXPLOITING THEIR HOMELANDS.
