Předmětem projektu je provedení kontaktního venkovního zateplovacího systému na stávající obvodový plášť budovy, výměna okenních výplní a dveří, zateplení stropní konstrukce v oblasti krovu foukanou tepelnou izolací a úprava povrchů žlzb. konstrukcí a komínových hlavic nad střešním pláštěm. Objekt se nachází v kat. území Ústí nad Labem 774871 - parc. č. 887/5. V 1. NP se prádelna (provozovatel -soukromý subjekt) a ve 2. NP je pobočka vědecké knihovny, oba prostory jsou žadatelem pronajímány. (Czech)
