    THE PROJECT WAS AIMED AT PROVIDING THE FIRST SKILLS BASE ABILIT AND KNOWLEDGE FOR THE CREATION OF A PROFESSIONAL FIGURE FOR THE KITCHEN AND THE RECEPTION ROOM, WHICH COULD PLAN AND COORDINATE THE ACTIVITIES OF ACCOMMODATION AND RECEPTION SERVICES, AND AT THE SAME TIME TO PROMOTE THE CULTURAL AND ARTISTIC HERITAGE OF THE LOCAL AREA. IN ADDITION, WE WOULD LIKE TO CREATE A FLEXIBLE PROFESSIONAL FIGURE CAPABLE OF ADAPTING TO ANY NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL REALMS OF PUPILS TO WORK IN CONJUNCTION WITH STAFF IN THE HOTEL. THEY WILL ALSO BE INVOLVED IN THE HOTELS AT THE RECEPTION IN THE KITCHENS AND IN THE ROOMS WHERE AFTER A BRIEF OBSERVATION PERIOD, THEY CAN ALWAYS CARRY OUT THE LATITAT EXERCISE UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF THE COMPANY’S MENTORS.
