    Projekt Profesionalizace GIC NORA si klade za cíl v oblastech, které byly auditem určeny jako klíčové a NORA je chápe jako prioritní pro své budoucí fungování, udělat takové akční kroky, které povedou k reálnému posunu a výsledku v každé klíčové aktivitě. Klíčovými aktivitami jsou vedle strategie organizace a poslání: financování a fundraising, lidské zdroje a marketing a PR. Cílem projektu je pak především udržet dlouhodobé poslání a směřování NORA a zvýšit její efektivitu. (Czech)

    The project Professionalisation of GIC NORA aims to take action in the areas identified as being of critical and ORA as a priority for its future functioning, to take action leading to a real shift in real terms and a result in each key activity. Key activities are in addition to the organisation and mission strategy: funding and fundraising, human resources and marketing and PR. In particular, the project aims at maintaining and improving the effectiveness of the CoR’s long-term mission and direction. (English)
