Projekt je zaměřen na poskytování sociálně aktivizačních služeb pro rodiny s dětmi a odborného sociálního poradenství, vč. aplikace facilitativních metod v praxi a odborné podpory a vzdělávání pracovníků v přímé práci s cílovou skupinou (CS), kterou jsou osoby a rodiny s dětmi soc. vyloučené, ohrožené sociálním vyloučením a dalšími riziky na Vítkovsku. Cílem projektu obnovení narušených funkcí rodin, jejich stabilizace, prevence a zamezení sociálního vyloučení a dalších rizik osob CS. (Czech)

The project aims at providing socially active services to families with children and vocational social counselling, including the application of facilitative methods in practice, and the training and education of workers in direct work with a target group (CS), who are people and families with children excluded, at risk of social exclusion and other risks in Vienna. The aim of the project is to restore impaired family functions, stabilise them, prevent and avoid social exclusion and other risks of the CB. (English)
