Smyslem projektu je prevence a zmírnění sociálního znevýhodnění neformálních pečovatelů, kteří se starají doma o vážně nemocného bližního anebo umírajícího na území MAS Moravská cesta. Projekt obsahuje klíčové aktivity jako psychoterapii a sociální práci, nácvik přímé péče a specifické poradenství. Za tři roky realizace tímto doprovázením projde sedmdesát pět rodin. Projekt umožní doplnění běžných převážně zdravotnických služeb našeho terénního paliativního týmu o další potřebné aktivity. (Czech)

The project aims at preventing and alleviating the social disadvantage of informal carers who care at home for a serious or moribund route. The project contains key activities such as psychotherapy and social work, direct care exercises and specific advice. For the three years of implementation, seventy-five families will be able to carry out this accompanied. The project will make it possible to complement the usual predominantly medical services of our field palliative team for the next necessary activity. (English)
