Projekt je zaměřen na rozvoj kvalifikace zaměstnanců členských subjektů AOBP ČR. Vzdělávací kurzy byly vybrány s ohledem na rozvojové potřeby zaměstnanců, jakož i potřebu jejich dalšího kvalifikačního rozvoje z pohledu firmy jakožto zaměstnavatele. The project aims at developing the qualifications of the employees of the AOPs of the Czech Republic. The training courses were selected taking into account the development needs of the employees, as well as their need for further skill development from the business perspective as an employer.
