Předmětem projektu je vzdělávání zaměstnanců,kterým bude dosaženo celkového růstu společnosti. Hlavním cílem projektu je zvýšení adaptability zaměstnanců, a to prostřednictvím zvýšení odborné úrovně znalostí, dovedností a kompetencí pracovníků, čímž dojde k zajištění souladu kvalifikační úrovně pracovní síly s potřebami zaměstnavatele ve vztahu k aktuálním požadavkům trhu práce. The purpose of the project is the training of staff to achieve the overall growth of the company. The main objective of the project is to increase the adaptability of the workforce, by increasing the level of expertise, skills and competences of the workforce, thus ensuring that the skills level of the workforce is in line with employers’ needs in relation to current labour market requirements.
