Vzdělávací projekt řeší nevyhovující úroveňznalostí, dovedností a kompetencí zaměstnanců a nesoulad mezi kvalifikačníúrovní zaměstnanců s potřebami zaměstnavatele. The training project shall address the poor knowledge, skills and competences of the staff and the mismatch between the levels of competence of the employees with the employer’s needs. Taking courses in order to acquire basic theoretical and practical skills and the taking of courses of course are fundamental educational activities in our field. Participating in courses would help our workers to understand better the problem of our sector, the business of the company and also to understand the perception of the customer. (English)
