Projekt vzdělávání zaměstnanců je zaměřen na zvyšování kvalifikace a rozvoj dovedností zaměstnanců firmy Gunnex s. r.o. a jejího partnera. Jeho obsahem je obecné vzdělávání zaměstnanců v prodejních dovednostech a péči o zákazníka pro skupinu obchodně orietnovaných pracovníků, a odborné technické vzdělávaní pro pracovníky skladu. Realizace projektu je důležitá pro cílové skupiny jako prostředek pro vyrovnání se s zvyšujícím se tlakem na kvalitu a produktivitu odvedené práce. (Czech)

Its content is the general training and care of employees in sales skills and customer care for the group of commercial personnel and technical training for the staff of the warehouse.
