Cílem projektu je realizace vzdělávacích aktivit směřujících ke zvýšení kvalifikace a odbornosti našich zaměstnanců. Cíle bude dosaženo kombinací několika aktivit a to v průběhu dvouletého vzdělávacího cyklu. Projekt se dotkne přibližně 146ti zaměstnanců žadatele a partnera.Projekt reflektuje aktuální i výhledové požadavky a potřeby v oblasti rozvoje zaměstnanců a na základě vzdělávací analýzy a plánu definuje vhodná školení.Projekt počítá s VŘ na poskytovatele kurzů dle platné metodiky OP Z. The aim of the project is to implement training activities to improve the skills and expertise of our staff. The objectives will be achieved through a combination of several activities during the two-year training cycle. The project will affect approximately 146 employees of the applicant’s and partner’s staff. the project reflects the current and prospective needs and needs in terms of staff development and defines the appropriate training on the basis of the training analysis and the plan. the project provides for the procurement of courses in accordance with the applicable OP Z methodology.
