    THE AIM OF THE PROJECT IS TO PROMOTE KNOWLEDGE AND PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT AS A HEALTHY FOOD RESOURCE FOR SALUT.THE PROJECT IS DESIGNED TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE OF FOOD-RELATED NUTRITION AND TO CONTINUE THE PATHWAYS UNDERTAKEN IN PREVIOUS YEARS WITH THE PROJECTS OF THE LEGAL FRAMEWORK LINKED TO THE LEGISLATION ON THE PROTECTION OF THE TERRITORY AND THE CONSCIOUS CONSUMPTION. THE ORTOEMEZZO PROJECT. MR AIUER ADULTS AND CHILDREN TO MAKE DAILY FOOD CHOICES THAT COMBINE PLEASURE AND RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOMPANY THEM IN A KNOWLEDGE PATHWAY TO THE FOODS FROM DALLORICGINE TO THE PROCESSING IN DISHES.
