Cílem projektu je komplexně proškolit zaměstnance firmy v sérii kurzů zaměřených především na prohlubování odborných znalostí a dovedností v tiskařském průmyslu. Management společnosti pak bude proškolen v kurzech měkkých dovedností. Celkem bude do projektu zapojeno 17 zaměstnanců, všichni přesáhnou limit bagatelní podpory. Tři osoby jsou ve věku nad 54 let. Projekt bude realizován po dobu 24 měsíců. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to provide a comprehensive training to employees of firms in a series of courses aimed in particular at enhancing technical knowledge and skills in the printing industry. Management companies will be trained in soft skills courses. In total, 17 employees will be involved in the project, all above the threshold of minor aid. Three persons are above 54 years of age. The project will be implemented over a period of 24 months. (English)
