Projekt se zaměřuje na systematické vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve společnosti EKOFILTR spol. s r.o. s cílem přispět ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti firmy, a to prostřednictvím rozvoje znalostí a dovedností svých zaměstnanců. Všechny vzdělávací aktivity v rámci projektu mají charakter specifického vzdělávání. Do projektu je zapojeno celkem 52 osob zařazených do jednotlivých skupin. Vzdělávání bude zajištěno externími dodavateli či zkušenými interními lektory. (Czech)
