Předmětem projektu je snížit počet nezaměstnaných osob nad 50 let (včetně) v evidenci ÚP ČR v Karlovarském kraji. U cílové skupiny se objevují problémy s pracovním uplatněním, proto jsou aktivity projektu zaměřené na motivaci a udržení pracovních návyků prostřednictvím motivačního kurzu, možnosti rekvalifikace a nabídky 3 typů dotovaných pracovních míst, které pomohou cílové skupině zvýšit jejich zaměstnatelnost a podpořit tak jejich začlenění zpět na trh práce. The project aims at reducing the number of unemployed persons over the age of 50 (including) in the Czech Office of the Czech Office in the Karlovy Vary Region. There are problems with the application of employment in the target group, therefore the activities of the project are aimed at motivating and retaining labour habits through an incentive, retraining and offering of 3 types of subsidised jobs, which will help the target group to increase their employability and thus encourage their integration back into the labour market.
