okresie 01.03.2017-30.09.2019 r. 72 studentek i studentów (55K i 17M) trzech ostatnich sem studiów stacjonarnych I stopnia kierunków:Administracja(24os),Pedagogika(24os),Zarządzanie(12os) i Inżynieria zarządzania(12os) Państwowej Wyższej Szkoły Zawodowej we Włocławku podniesie kompetencje komunikacyjne i zawodowe odpowiadające potrzebom gospodarki,rynku pracy i społeczeństwa poprzez realizację:zajęć warsztatowych kształcących kompetencje,dodatkowych zajęć realizowanych wspólnie z pracodawcami oraz wizyt studyjnych u pracodawców,wdrażanych w ramach Programu Rozwoju Kompetencji na rzecz dalszego kształcenia i/lub zatrudniania absolwentów. Trwałość rezultatu zostanie zagwarantowana poprzez monitorowanie stopnia osiągniecia wskaźników.Co najmniej 40% absolwentów uczelni objętych wsparciem będzie kontynuowało kształcenie(na studiach I lub II stopnia) lub podejmie w ciągu 6 m-cy od zakończenia kształcenia zatrudnienie.Zatrudnienie rozumiane jest jako: • zawarcie umowy pracę na okres minimum 3 miesięcy w wymiarze co najmniej 1 etatu, • umowy/ów cywilnoprawnej/ych zawartej/ych na okres co najmniej 3 miesięcy, • samozatrudnienie lub rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej trwające co najmniej 3 miesiące. Uczestnicy będą objęci co najmniej 12 miesięcznym monitorowaniem losów absolwentów. Zadania w projekcie: 1. Podniesienie kompetencji komunikacyjnych i zawodowych studentek i studentów kierunku Administracja- Edycja I i V 2. Podniesienie kompetencji komunikacyjnych i zawodowych studentek i studentów kierunku Pedagogika- Edycja II i VI 3. Podniesienie kompetencji komunikacyjnych i zawodowych studentek i studentów kierunku Zarządzanie- Edycja III 4. Podniesienie kompetencji komunikacyjnych i zawodowych studentek i studentów kierunku Inżynieria zarządzania- Edycja IV Wsparciem objęte zostanie 96 osób z podziałem na płeć 70 K i 26 M. (Polish)

the 01.03.2017-30.09.2019 period 72K and 17M students (55K and M) — Administration (24os), Educators (24os), Management (12os) and Management Engineering (12os) of the State University of Vocational Education in Włocławek will increase the communication and professional competences corresponding to the needs of the economy, the labour market and society via realizację:zajęć workshop training competences, complementary activities with employers and study visits to employers, implemented under the Competence Development Programme for further education and/or graduate employment.The sustainability of the result will be guaranteed by monitoring the level of underperformance. at least 40 % of the graduates of the supported universities will continue to undergo training (in the first or second stage) or undertake within 6 months of leaving education. employment is understood to mean:• the conclusion of a contract of at least 1 part-time employment for a minimum period of 3 months,• contract/civil-law contracts entered into for a period of at least 3 months,• self-employment or start-up of an economic activity of at least 3 months.Participants will be covered by at least 12 monthly graduate tracking.Project tasks:1.Upgrading of the communication and professional competences of students and students of Administration- Edycja I and V 2.Upgrading of the communication and professional skills of the students and students of the Pedagogy — Edycja II and VI 3 students.Increasing the communication and professional competence of students and students in the Direction III 4.Increasing the communication and professional competence of students and students in managing engineering — Edycja IV Support will cover 96 persons broken down by sex of 70 K and 26 M.
