I. Cel główny:Podniesienie zgodnych z potrzebami rynku pracy kompetencji 21 studentów/tek studiów dualnych wdrożonych w Wyższej Szkole Gospodarki w Bydgoszczy, na kierunku turystyka i rekreacja, do 31.01.2022 r. II. Grupa docelowa:20 studentek i 10 studentów, studiów stacjonarnych I stopnia, na kierunku "Turystyka i rekreacja", specjalizacja studia dualne. Będą to osoby, które rozpoczną cykl kształcenia w roku akademickim 2018/2019 i zakończą go w roku akademickim 2020/2021.III. Wskaźniki rezultatu i produktu (kluczowe):-Liczba osób objętych wsparciem EFS w ramach programów kształcenia o profilu ogólnoakademickim lub praktycznym, dostosowanych do potrzeb gospodarki, rynku pracy i społeczeństwa: 30 (20K, 10M),-Liczba osób, które podniosły kompetencje w ramach działań uczelni wspartych z EFS: 21 (14K, 7M).IV. Main objective: to increase the skills of 21 students/long-line students in the labour market in line with the needs of the labour market, as implemented at the Bydgoszcz School of Economics, for tourism and recreation, until 31.01.2022. Target group: 20 students and 10 students, postgraduate studies, “Tourism and leisure”, specialisation in dual education. They will be those who will start the education cycle in the academic year 2018/2019 and will close in 2020/2021.III. academic year. Result and product indicators (key): -Number of persons supported by the ESF in educational or practical training programmes adapted to the needs of the economy, the labour market and society: 30 (20K, 10M), -Number of persons who have increased competence for the activities of universities supported by the ESF: 21 (14K, 7M).IV.
