Projekt skierowany jest do grupy 30 osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym objętych usługami społecznymi świadczonymi w interesie ogólnym w Programie. Projekt zakłada utworzenie placówki wsparcia dziennego w formie opiekuńczej oraz klubu rodziców (dla osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym oraz ich rodzin). Z nieodpłatnego i dobrowolnego pobytu w placówce będą mogły korzystać dzieci i młodzież w wieku 6-18 lat w szczególności z rodzin przeżywających trudności w wypełnianiu funkcji opiekuńczo-wychowawczej oraz mających problemy alkoholowe. Przyjęcie następować będzie na pisemny wniosek rodziców lub opiekunów prawnych dziecka. Siedziba jednostki znajdować się będzie w Puckim Centrum Wsparcia, które utworzone zostanie w ramach przedsięwzięcia realizowanego równocześnie w ramach Poddziałania 8.1.1. Placówka prowadzić będzie działalność przez cały rok kalendarzowy, we wszystkie dni robocze w godzinach popołudniowych – wg potrzeb, a także w wybrane weekendy np. podczas organizacji wycieczek, imprez integracyjnych oraz okolicznościowych. Celem działania placówki będzie m.in. wspieranie rodzin w pełnieniu funkcji opiekuńczo-wychowawczych, zapewnienie opieki i wychowania w czasie wolnym od zajęć szkolnych, promowanie zdrowego stylu życia, wspieranie w osiąganiu sukcesów szkolnych itd. W ramach placówki realizowane będą następujące działania: korepetycje, wycieczki, zajęcia dodatkowe o różnorodnej tematyce, rozwijające zainteresowania oraz zagospodarowujące wolny czas. W ramach zadania – klub rodziców, prowadzone będą warsztaty umiejętności rodzicielskich, o charakterze cyklicznym. Celem warsztatów będzie wspieranie rodziców i opiekunów w wychowaniu dzieci. Prowadzenie placówki wsparcia dziennego oraz warsztaty pn. „Klub rodziców” powierzone zostaną Partnerowi 1. (Polish)

The project targets the group of 30 people at risk of poverty or social exclusion covered by the social services of general interest in the Programme. The project involves the creation of a daily support facility in the form of care and a parent club (for people at risk of poverty or social exclusion and their families). Children and young people aged 6-18 will be able, free of charge and on a voluntary basis, to take care of children aged — in particular from families facing difficulties in providing educational and educational care and with alcohol problems. This will be done at the written request of the parents or guardians of the child. The unit’s seat shall be located in the Puglia Support Centre, which will be established within the framework of a project carried out at the same time under Sub-measure 8.1.1. The facility will operate throughout the calendar year, all working days in the afternoon as required, as well as at selected weekends, for example, during excursions, integration events and commemorative events. The purpose of the facility will be to support, inter alia, families in the exercise of care, provision of care and education free from school activities, promoting a healthy lifestyle, supporting school success stories, etc. Within the facility, the following activities will be carried out: corrective petitions, excursions, various topics of interest, developing interests and the development of a free time. As part of the task, the parents’ club will carry out parental skills workshops, which are cyclical. The workshop will aim at supporting parents and carers in bringing up their children.
