Celem głównym projektu jest ochrona środowiska naturalnego poprzez zwiększenie wykorzystania energii ze źródeł odnawialnych (OZE). Rezultatem projektu jest "Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych (CI34)" - 817,75 tony ekwiwalentu CO2 /rok. Głównymi grupami docelowymi są mieszkańcy i turyści z terenu gminy (szczegółowy opis znajduje się w studium wykonalności). Projekt przewiduje wykonanie 674 inst. próżniowych kolektorów słon. o sum. mocy 1703,15kW oraz 63 pieców na biomasę (1336kW) służ. do podgrz. c.o. i c.w.u. Dodatkowo w projekcie zaplanowano zadania towarzyszące (opracowanie studium wyk, opracowanie dokumentacji proj i kosztorysu inwestor, wykonanie platformy Internet zarządzającej energią w oparciu o technologię TIK oraz przeprowadzenie promocji poprzez ustawienie tablic i informacji na stronie www, a także zarządzanie projektem). Analiza wybranego wariantu projektu potwierdza trafność wyboru: - wariant przyczyniający się do realizacji celów projektu - wariant przedstawiający najniższe nakłady na jednostkę miary rezultatu - wariant najszybciej wykonalny z uwagi na najmniej skomplikowany charakter i ograniczenie spraw proceduralnych do minimum - nieskomplikowany charakter wariantu nie wymagania angażowania lub zatrudniania nowych osób - realizacja wariantu nie powoduje konieczności uzyskania dodatkowych pozwoleń - wariant najbardziej akceptowalny przez społeczność lokalną i władze gminy - realizacja wariantu na obszarze OSI: 4. Obszary gospodarczego wykorzystania walorów przyrodniczych i kulturowych - projekt wpisujący się w cele wszystkich dokumentów stra ( na poziomie ponadreg, region i lokal). W Programie Ochrony Powietrza dla strefy lubelskiej stwierdzone zostały ponadnormatywne poziomy szkodliwego pyłu zawieszonego w powietrzu (PM10). W skład pyłu zawieszonego mogą wchodzić substancje toksyczne m.in. benzo(a)piren. W związku z powyższym planowana inwestycja polegająca na zmniejszeniu emisji szkodliwych substancji do środ zgodna jest z POP (Polish)

The aim of the project is to protect the environment by increasing the use of energy from renewable sources (RES). The result of the project is the ‘Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions (CI34)’ — 817,75 tonnes CO2/rok equivalent. The main target groups are the inhabitants and tourists of the municipality (detailed description is included in the feasibility study). The project envisages the performance of 674 elements of vacuum manifolds, 1 703.15 kW and 63 biomass furnaces (1 336 kW). The analysis of the selected project option confirms the appropriateness of the selection: The option contributing to the achievement of the objectives of the project — the option presenting the lowest level of output per unit of result — option feasible as soon as possible, due to the least complex nature and the limitation of procedural matters to a minimum — the uncomplicated nature of the option not to require the involvement or recruitment of new persons — the option is not necessary to obtain additional permits — the option that is most acceptable for the local community and the municipality — the implementation of the OSI option: 4. Areas of economic use of natural and cultural assets — a project which is part of all the documents of the stra (transnational, region and premises). The air protection programme for the Lublin area identified above-average levels of harmful particulate matter (PM10). Particulate matter may consist of toxic substances including benzo (a) pyrene. As a result, the planned investment to reduce emissions of harmful substances to the planet is in line with the POP. (English)
