Celem projektu jest podniesienie poziomu aktywności zawodowej i zdolności do zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29 r.ż. zarejestrowanych w PUP w Przeworsku. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 28 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby powyżej 29 roku życia tj.: • osoby bezrobotne zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia) z grup: - osoby od 50 roku życia - osoby długotrwale bezrobotne - kobiety - osoby niepełnosprawne - osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach zawodowych • rolnicy i członkowie ich rodzin prowadzący indywidualne gosp. rolne do wielkości 2 ha, zamierzający odejść z rolnictwa, należący do ww. grup. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. - (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the level of employment and the employability of the unemployed over 29. registered in the PUP in Przeworsk. The main result of the project will be the employment of 28 people registered in the PLO. The project will support people over the age of 29, i.e.: • unemployed persons admitted to aid profile I (active unemployed) or II (so called “support”) profiles from the groups: — people aged 50 and over — the long-term unemployed — women — people with a disability — people with a disability — people with a low level of professional qualifications• farmers and members of their families who farm individual agricultural holdings up to the size of 2 ha, who want to leave agriculture, belonging to the above groups. Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. — (English)
