POWIAT MYŚLENICKI - POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W MYŚLENICACH

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie myślenickim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie osiągniecie wskaźników efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z poniższych grup docelowych - na poziomie co najmniej 43%, dla osób niepełnosprawnych - wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie co najmniej 17%, dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych - wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie co najmniej 35% oraz dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach - wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie co najmniej 48%. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostaną objete osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do I lub II profilu pomocy. W projekcie finansowane będą usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy określone w ustawie z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004 r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy (Dz. U. z 2015 r., poz. 149 z późn. zm.) m.in. szkolenia, staże, bony stażowe, prace interwencyjne, jednorazowe środki na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej. Udzielenie wsparcia w ramach usług i instrumentów wskazanych w w/w ustawie poprzedzone będzie pogłębioną analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika projektu, m.in. poprzez opracowanie/aktualizację Indywidualnego Planu Działania, poradnictwo zawodowe, pośrednictwo pracy. Analiza ta pozwoli na dopasowanie oferty pomocy w taki sposób, aby odpowiadała na rzeczywiste potrzeby danego uczestnika projektu. Każdy uczestnik otrzyma ofertę wsparcia obejmującą wszystkie formy wsparcia z uwzględnieniem profilu pomocy, które zostaną zidentyfikowane u niego jako niezbędne w celu poprawy jego sytuacji na rynku pracy lub uzyskania zatrudnienia. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the county of myblindness.The main result of the project will be the achievement of employment performance indicators for participants that are not eligible for any of the following target groups — of at least 43 % for people with disabilities — employment performance ratio of at least 17 %, for the long-term unemployed — employment performance ratio of at least 35 % and for the low-skilled — employment performance ratio of at least 48 %.The project will support persons under the age of 30 who fall under the first or second profile of the aid.The project will finance the services and labour market measures laid down in the Act of 20 April 2004 on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions (Dz.(Polish Journal of Laws of 2015, item149 as amended), including training, internships, internship vouchers, intervention work, one-off measures to start a business.The provision of support within the services and instruments indicated in the Act will be preceded by a thorough analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of the project participant concerned, including by developing/updating the Individual Action Plan, occupational guidance, placement.This analysis will make it possible to match the aid offer in such a way that it corresponds to the actual needs of the project participant concerned.Any participant will receive an offer of support covering all forms of support, taking into account the aid profile that will be identified as necessary in order to improve its labour market situation or to gain employment.
