POWIAT KROŚNIEŃSKI/ POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W KROŚNIE ODRZAŃSKIM

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie krośnieńskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez uczestników, na poziomie co najmniej 43% dla uczestników niekwalifikujących sie do żadnej z poniżej wymienionych grup docelowych, dla osób niepełnosprawnych- wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie co najmniej 17%, dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych - wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie co najmniej 35%, dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach - wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie co najmniej 48%. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu I w szczególnych przypadkach (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) i profilu II (tzw. wymagajacy wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the novads of snow.The main result of the project will be the employment of participants, at a level of at least 43 % for non-eligible participants, for those who are not eligible for any of the following target groups, for persons with a disability the employment rate of at least 17 % of employment, for the long-term unemployed; employment performance ratio of at least 35 %, for the low-skilled; employment performance ratio of at least 48 %.The project will support persons under 30 years of age eligible for profile I in specific cases (so-called ‘active unemployed’) and profiles II (so-called ‘support requirements’).Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned.On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.
