Planowane zadanie w ramach projektu obejmuje: przebudowę i remont pomieszczeń I piętra istniejącej przychodni lekarskiej, zakup systemu do zarządzania oraz zakup środków trwałych. W ramach działania przewidziano trzy kategorie wydatków: roboty budowlane, środki trwałe oraz wartości niematerialne i prawne. W ramach projektu zostaną wdrożone trzy innowacyjne usługi na sprzęcie rehabilitacyjnym: specjalistyczne usługi rehabilitacyjne dla dzieci, rehabilitacja pourazowa z zastosowaniem szyny ruchomej oraz specjalistycznego urządzenia treningowego oraz pakiet ćwiczeń fizykoterapeutycznych z uwzględnieniem potrzeb Pacjenta. Dzięki realizacji projektu profil działalności Przechodni Łuksja-Med zostanie rozwinięty. Czynniki sukcesu przedsiębiorstwa kryją się w opracowaniu nowych specjalistycznych usług dla nowych klientów (dzieci, osoby po urazach oraz wymagające wspomożenia fizykoterapeutycznego). Założone cele: 1.Wzrost konkurencji na runku. 2.Inwestycja w innowacyjny sprzęt. 3.Stały wzrost zatrudnia. 4.Poszerzyć oferty. 5.Rozwijać TIK w zarządzanie przedsiębiorstwem. 6.Rentowność prowadzonej działalności. 7.Pozyskiwanie nowych zadowolonych Pacjentów. 8.Rozpoznawalność marki na arenie międzynarodowej. 9.Posiadać wizerunek marki przyjaznej Pacjentowi Niezbędne jest zakupienie środków trwałych: Urządzenie do leczenia dysfunkcji mięśni dna miednicy, Wózek pod aparaturę, Aplikator do aparatu, Podłoga interaktywna, Aparat do terapii falami uderzeniowymi, Wanny do masażu, Laser biostymulacyjny, Aplikator skanujący, Aparat do terapii ultradźwiękowej,laserowej i elektroterapii, aparat do terapii polem magnetycznym, aparat do elektroterapii, lampa statywowa, aparat do magnetoterapii, tablica do ćwiczeń manualnych dłoni,automatyzowana szynę , Lampa Dermalight, Bieżnia elektryczna, Trenażer i Rower do ćwiczeń, Urządzenie do treningu w pozycji półleżącej oraz aktywna tranpolina i sprzęt komputerowy oraz Zasilacz USP i przetwornica prądu do serwera. The planned activity of the project consists of: reconstruction and renovation of premises and floors of the existing medical centre, the purchase of a management system and the purchase of fixed assets. The action foresees three categories of expenditure: construction work, fixed assets and intangible fixed assets. The project will implement three innovative services for rehabilitation equipment: specific rehabilitation services for children, post-trauma rehabilitation using a mobile rail and a specific training device and a set of physicochemical exercises, taking account of the needs of the Patient. Thanks to the implementation of the project, the activity profile of the Luksja-Med Crossing Point will be developed. Success factors stem from the development of new specialist services for new customers (children, injuries and psychotherapeutic use). Objectives: 1.The increase in competition on the market. 2.Investment in innovative equipment. 3.Permanent growth shall be employed. 4.Offer of the offer. 5.ICT to be used in the management of the company. 6.Profitability of the activities performed. 7.exploiting new Members’ satisfaction. 8.Visibility of the brand on the international stage. 9.It is not necessary to purchase fixed assets: Apparatus for treating the function of the muscles of the pelvis, Wózek, apparatus, apparatus for the treatment of equipment, a ligator for the apparatus, a rotary agent, a rotary wave agent, a massage pad, a biostimulants, a scanner, Apparant for ultrasound, laser and electrotherapy, a magnetotherapy device, a manual exercise unit, a machine for electrotherapy, Lampa Dermredight, treadofer, trenasar and witchcraft and computer equipment, and the fault of the USP and inverter for the server.
