Fabryka Okien "SPECTRUM" Sp. z o.o. jest producentem stolarki budowlanej PVC oraz ślusarki z aluminium. Celem ogólnym podejmowanego projektu jest wdrożenie wyników przeprowadzonych dla przedsiębiorstwa przez jednostkę naukową prac badawczo-rozwojowych prowadzących do wdrożenia innowacji, a przez to zdobycia przez Wnioskodawcę przewagi konkurencyjnej. Przesłanką dla podjęcia prac badawczo-rozwojowych były problemy związane z deficytami w sferze jakości produkcji (np. wysoki wskaźnik reklamacji), estetyki wykonania wyrobów oraz potrzeby związane z rozwojem oferty produktów, w tym kierowanych na rynek zagraniczny. Zadania podejmowane w projekcie mają charakter inwestycyjny i polegają na nabyciu maszyn i urządzeń (5 szt.) do produkcji stolarki budowalnej z PVC oraz wartości niematerialnych i prawnych (3 szt.), co doprowadzi do wdrożenia innowacji procesowej i organizacyjnej, a także umożliwi skierowanie na rynek udoskonalonych produktów oraz 1 nowego produktu (stolarka wielkogabarytowa). Korzyści z przeprowadzenia projektu odniesie Wnioskodawca, gdyż jego wdrożenie wpłynie znacząco na poprawę jego pozycji konkurencyjnej oraz klienci, którzy otrzymają ofertę produktową spełniającą ich oczekiwania. Jednym z rezultatów projektu będzie utworzenie 3 nowych miejsc pracy, w tym 2 na stanowiskach wymagających wysokich kwalifikacji. Najważniejsze rezultaty przeprowadzenia projektu to: wdrożenie innowacji procesowej, innowacji nie technologicznej, zastosowanie rozwiązań TIK, wprowadzenie do oferty nowego produktu oraz produktów udoskonalonych, zwiększenie poziomu przychodów ze sprzedaży oraz rozwój działalności eksportowej. The ‘SPECTRUM’ Sp. z o.o. factory is a producer of builders’ joinery and blockades of aluminium. The overall objective of the project is to implement the results of research and development carried out for the company by the R & D undertaking leading to the implementation of innovation and thus to the applicant’s competitive advantage. The rationale for R & D was the problems related to the production quality deficits (e.g. high complaints rate), the aesthetics of the performance of the products and the needs related to the development of the product offer, including for the foreign market. The tasks undertaken in the project are of an investment nature and consist of the purchase of machinery and equipment (5 items) for the manufacture of builders’ joinery of PVC and intangible fixed assets (3 items), which will lead to the implementation of process and organisational innovation, and will enable the market to be redirected towards the market of improved products and 1 new products (large-scale joinery). The benefits of the project will be brought to the attention of the applicant, as its implementation will significantly improve its competitive position and those who will be offered a product that meets their expectations. One of the results of the project will be the creation of 3 new jobs, including 2 in highly qualified jobs. The main results of the project are: implementation of process innovation, non-technological innovation, use of ICT solutions, introduction of a new product and improved products, increased revenue from sales and development of export activities.
