Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w mieście Mysłowice.W ramach projektu wsparciem objętych zostanie 147 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowanych do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy (pośrednictwo pracy, poradnictwo zawodowe, staże, szkolenia, jednorazowe środki na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej), o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the town of Myslistice.In the framework of the project, the support will cover 147 people registered in PUP under the age of 30 (so called ‘active unemployed’) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”).Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned.On this basis, the PLO will implement appropriate labour market services and instruments (job placement, occupational guidance, internships, training, one-off start-up finance) referred to in the Act on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions.
