Celem projektu jest zwiekszenie możliwości zatrudnienia 238 osób (K-125, M-113) młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w Powiecie brzeskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie : - podjęcie zatrudnienia przez conajmniej 17% niepełnosprawnych uczestników projektu - podjęcie zatrudnienia przez conajmniej 35% długotrwale bezrobotnych uczestników projektu - podjęcie zatrudnienia przez conajmniej 36% uczestników projektu o niskich kwalifikacjach - podjęcie zatrudnienia przez conajmniej 43% uczestników projektu ( z wyłączeniem osób niepełnosprawnych, długotrwale bezrobotnych, i o niskich kwalifika cjach) w okresie do trzech miesięcy nastepującym po dniu, w którym zakończyli udział w projekcie. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia , nie kształcące się i nie szkolące ( tzw. młodzież NEET) zakwalifikowana do profili pomocy I ( bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II ( bezrobotni wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej ( w postaci staży lub szkoleń lub dotacji), poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych poszczególnego uczestnika projektu- opracowanie ( ewentualnie zmodyfikowanie) Indywidualnego Planu Działania. Na tej podstawie urząd stosował będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employment of 238 people (K-125, M-113) of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed at the Home.The main output of the project will be to:Employment of 17 % of disabled participants in the project — employment of at least 35 % of the long-term unemployed in the project — employment of 36 % of the low-skilled project participants — up to 43 % of participants in the project (excluding persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, and low eligible participants) to work by at least of participants in the project (excluding persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, and low-skilled people) for up to three months after the date on which their participation in the project is ended.The project will support persons below the age of 30, not training and training (NEETs), qualified as aid profiles I (inactive) or aid profile II (unemployed requiring support).In the framework of the project, for each participant, a specific offer of activation (in the form of traineeships or traineeships or grants) will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the individual project participant — development (if any) of the Individual Action Plan.On this basis, the Authority will apply the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.
