Projekt Prace na linii kolejowej nr 219 na odcinku Szczytno - Ełk obejmuje: Prace infrastrukturalne, obejmujące rehabilitację linii nr 219 na odcinku od km 45,823 do km 156,950, to jest o długości 111,127 km (wg istniejącego kilometrażu), przy czym, w wyniku przebudowy układu torowego na stacji Ełk, planowana finalna długość zrehabilitowanego odcinka linii nr 219 wynosić będzie 111,069 km; Prace dworcowe, obejmujące przebudowę dworca w Szczytnie wraz z budową parkingu Park&Ride. Prace infrastrukturalne obejmują przywrócenie pierwotnych parametrów technicznych linii wraz dostosowaniem elementów infrastruktury do potrzeb osób o ograniczonej możliwości ruchowej. W ramach Projektu wykonane zostaną m.in. następujące roboty budowlane: • wymiana nawierzchni torowej na całej długości linii, • wymiana rozjazdów w torach szlakowych oraz głównych zasadniczych, • prace budowlane na obiektach inżynieryjnych, w tym rozbiórka i odbudowa 2 mostów, • likwidacja 11 przejazdów kolejowych, • modernizacja 89 przejazdów kolejowych, w tym podniesienie kategorii na 13 przejazdach, • likwidacja 1 przystanku osobowego, • modernizacja obiektów obsługi podróżnych (14 przystanków osobowych i 4 stacji), w tym zmiana 2 przystanków osobowych na stacje, • budowa 1 przystanku osobowego, • przebudowa 18 peronów i budowa 1 peronu wraz z infrastrukturą spełniającą wymogi TSI, • modernizacja urządzeń srk. Draft Work on railway line No 219 in the Szczytno — Ełk section covers:The infrastructure works, which include the rehabilitation of line No 219 from km 45,823 to km 156,950, are 111.127 km long (as per kilometre), whereby the planned length of the rehabilitated stretch of line 219 will be 111.069 km as a result of the conversion of the track system at Ełk station;Terminal works, including the reconstruction of the station in Szczytko, with the construction of the Park & Ride park.The infrastructure works include the restoration of the original technical parameters of the line, together with the adaptation of the infrastructure components to the needs of persons with reduced mobility.The following works will be carried out as part of the project:• road surface exchange on the whole length of the line, the exchange of turnouts on plain line tracks and main essential ones,• construction work on civil engineering structures, including demolition and the reconstruction of 2 bridges,• removal of 11 level crossings,• upgrading of 89 level crossings,• removal of 1 passenger stops,• modernisation of passenger service facilities (14 stops and 4 stations), including the change of 2 passenger stops on stations,• construction of 1 passenger stop,• reconstruction of 18 platforms and construction of 1 platforms and infrastructure meeting the requirements of the TSI, upgrading the interlocking.
