Celem P jest podniesienie kompetencji cyfrowych (KC) 48 (40K) pracowników gminnych samorządowych ośrodków kultury (GOK) zatrudnionych w 40 (GOK) oraz dzieci i młodzieży w wieku 10-18 lat (384 w tym 260 K) na ter. Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej w obszarze wałbrzyskiego NUTs 3 (KF3) w zakresie podnoszenia kompetencji cyfrowych do 31.05.2021 poprzez szkolenia stacjonarne grupowe, zajęcia praktyczne prowadz. przez trenera przy współudziale pracownika GOK dla dzieci i młodzieży w wieku 10-18 lat, zapewnienie wsparcia trenera na etapie szkoleń oraz po zakończeniu zajęć. Podsumowaniem działań będzie konferencja promująca rezultaty projektu. Aby umożliwić realizację zajęć dla pracowników i młodzieży GOK zostaną wyposażone w sprzęt dyd. i materiały. Rezultatem P będzie podniesienie kompetencji w zakresie kompetencji cyfrowych u min. 90% pracowników GOK i 80% młodzieży oraz wzrost aktywności cyfrowej społeczności lokalnej w 25 gminach. (Polish)

The aim of the P is to increase digital competence (KC) 48 (40K) of staff of local community centres of culture (GOK) employed in 40 (GOK), as well as for children and young people aged 10-18 (384 of whom 260 K) per ter.The Republic of Poland, in the NUTS 3 (KF3) area, in the field of digital literacy (KF), in the field of digital competence upgrading to 31.05.2021 through group based training courses, hands-on activities conducted by a coach with a GOK employee for children and young people aged 10-18, providing coaching at the training stage and at the end of the course.A summary of the activities will be a conference promoting the results of the project.In order to be able to carry out activities for workers and young people, GOK will be equipped with smoke equipment and materials.The P will lead to an increase in competences for digital competences of at least 90 % of GOK employees and 80 % of young people and an increase in the digital activity of the local community in 25 municipalities.
