lokalizacja inwestycji: Biskupiec: działki: 234/15. Przedmiot projektu: Zagospodarowanie terenu publicznego na terenie rewitalizowanym w Biskupcu przy ulicy Armii Krajowej. W ramach zadania zaplanowano wykonanie ciągów pieszo-jezdnych wraz z miejscami postojowymi umożliwiającymi korzystnie z terenu, w tym również montaż stojaków rowerowych oraz wykonanie chodników, boiska wielofunkcyjnego z nawierzchnią poliuretanową, siłowni plenerowej, montaż elementów małej architektury: ławek, koszy na śmieci, koszy na psie odchody , stoły do ping-ponga, stoły do gry w szachy i chińczyka, oświetlenie: słupy parkowe, słupy oświetleniowe, odwodnienie, monitoring. Ponadto planowane jest wykonanie nasadzenia zieleni, w tym m.in. utworzenie 4 stref roślinnych gdzie zostaną zamontowane tablice informacyjne. Szczegółowy opis w zał.5 do wod. Etapy realizacji: -złożenie wniosku o dof. -podpisanie umowy o dof. -wybór wykonawcy -zawarcie umowy z wykonawcą i rozp. prac -realizacja prac zgodnie z harmonogramem -zakończenie proj. i podpisanie prot. końcowych -końcowe rozliczenie sposób wdrażania zakr. rzeczowego: -podpisanie umowy -realizacja prac -odbiór końcowy i podpisanie prot Proj. wpisuje się w SZOOP RPO WWM realizując cel: „Lepsza jakość życia społeczności zamieszkujących obszary problemowe”. Z proj. będą mogli korzystać wszyscy mieszkańcy Gminy w tym mieszkańcy zamieszkujący teren zdegradowany, przyczyniając się do rozwiązywania problemów na obszarze rewitalizowanym. Działanie jest ukierunkowane na niwelowanie zjawisk związanych z problemami społecznymi na obszarze, aktywizację społeczno-gosp. oraz podniesienie jakości życia lokalnej społeczności. (Polish)

location of investment: Biskupiec: parcels: 234/15. Subject of the action: Management of the public land on the premises of Biobranu to be renovated in the street of the National Army. As part of the task, it is planned to execute the pedestrian/driving cycle together with the parking places enabling it to benefit from the site, including the installation of bicycle racks and the construction of pavements, a multifunctional sports field with polyurethane surface, an outdoor chamber, installation of elements of small architecture: benches, garbage bins, litter baskets, ping-pong tables, chess tables and chik, lighting: steam poles, lighting columns, drainage, monitoring. In addition, a green planting is planned, including the creation of 4 plant zones where information boards will be installed. Detailed description in Annex 5 to the ard. Implementation steps: — the request for the DOF. Signature of the contract for the DOF. Selection of the contractor to conclude the contract with the contractor and/or the work to be carried out in accordance with the timetable — completion of the service and signature of the final bill of discharge: Signature of the contract — delivery of works — final acceptance and signature of the proj proj shall be entered in the SZOOP ROP WWM in pursuance of the objective of: “Better quality of life for communities in problem areas”. They will be able to benefit from all residents of the municipality, including residents living in degraded land, helping to solve problems in the regenerated area.
