Przedmiotem projektu jest wykorzystanie lokalnych zasobów przyrodniczych, Obszaru Chronionego Krajobrazu Dolina Dolnej Łyny w celu zagospodarowania przestrzeni na cele turystyczno-rekreacyjne, wzmacniające utrzymanie przewagi konkurencyjnej Warmii i Mazur nad innymi regionami w oparciu o zasoby dziedzictwa naturalnego Lidzbarka Warmińskiego co jest zgodne z SZOOP. W ramach projektu zaplanowano-prace przygotowawcze studium wykonalności, nadzór, roboty bud.( zagospodar. przeciwpowodziowe rzeki Łyny, zieleń, plac zabaw, monitoring, tablice dydaktyczne, wejście na Bulwar, udrożnienie istniejących cieków wodnych, ciągi piesze, schody skarpowe, fontanna, dwa boiska do gry w bule, miejsca wypoczynku na trawie, palenisko, pochylnia, widownia - niekwalf., toalety, mała architektura, oświetlenie), posągi, promocja. Po realizacji projektu, kompleksowo zagospodarowane brzegi Łyny w centrum miasta Lidzbark Warmiński sprawią, że przestrzeń ta nabierze dużego znaczenia w zakresie rekreacji i wypoczynku i stanie się wizytówką miasta, co przełoży się na wzrost oczekiwanej liczby odwiedzin. Sposób wdrażania projektu: - Burmistrz Lidzbarka Warmińskiego – zarządza proj. - Z-ca Burmistrza - kontrolujący realizację proj. - Koordynator projektu - odpowiedzialność merytoryczna i ?nansowa za postęp realizacji projektu, nadzór i ocena pracy, nadzór nad sprawozdaniami i rozliczeniami ?nansowymi, bieżący kontakt z IZ - Skarbnik Miasta – odpowiedzialność i nadzór nad budżetem projektu i pracą Referatu Finansowego - Kier. The project has planned preparatory work for feasibility studies, surveillance, budget works (flood-related river basins, green, playground, monitoring, didactic charts, bulbar entrance, the introduction of existing water courses, strings, stairs, turbot, fountain, two pitches for the game in the bulbs, leisure places on grass, palette, slipway, audience — the kwalf., toilets, small architecture, lighting), statues, promotion. Once the project has been carried out, the complex of the town of Lizshoulder Warmiński in the city centre will make it very important for recreation and leisure and will become the city’s visiting card, which will translate into an increase in the number of visits.
