Głównym celem projektu jest poprawa atrakcyjności inwestycyjnej oraz rozwoju gospodarczego Gminy Koluszki, poprzez kompleksowe uzbrojenie nowych terenów inwestycyjnych odpowiadających na zapotrzebowanie potencjalnych inwestorów z branży MŚP. W ramach realizacji projektu przewidziano następujące zadania: 1. Prace przygotowawcze – Wykonanie dokumentacji projektowych 2. Przygotowanie terenu inwestycyjnego – obejmuje następujące prace budowalne: - makroniwelacja terenu - Budowa i przebudowa sieci wodociągowej - Budowa kanalizacji sanitarnej - Budowa kanalizacji deszczowej - Budowa i przebudowa sieci teletechnicznych - Budowa i przebudowa wewnętrznej infrastruktury komunikacyjnej - Budowa oświetlenia ulicznego - Usunięcie kolizji linii zasilających elektrownie wiatrowe z terenem inwestycyjnym - Przebudowa sieci elektroenergetycznych 3. Działania informacyjno-promocyjne skierowane do inwestorów 4. Zarządzanie projektem i jego obsługą W ramach projektu zostaną uzbrojone następujące działki położone na obszarze miasta Koluszki: - działka o nr ewidencyjnym 30 (obręb 2) o powierzchni 7,5112 ha - działka o nr ewidencyjnym 16/6 (obręb 3) o powierzchni 6,7359 ha - działka o nr ewidencyjnym 26/4 (obręb 3) o powierzchni 3,6297 ha - działka o nr ewidencyjnym 26/7 (obręb 3) o powierzchni 3,4508 ha Wskaźnikami obrazującymi realizacje celów projektu będą: - Powierzchnia przygotowanych terenów inwestycyjnych: 21,32 ha - Liczba inwestycji zlokalizowanych na przygotowanych terenach inwestycyjnych: 5 szt. - Stopień wykorzystania terenów inwestycyjnych: 100% - Liczba miejsc pracy utworzonych przez MŚP w inwestycjach zlokalizowanych na uzbrojonych terenach inwestycyjnych kobiety/mężczyźni: 35 EPC Grupą docelową projektu są podmioty gospodarcze z sektora MŚP zainteresowane prowadzeniem działalności na terenach inwestycyjnych w Gminie Koluszki. The main objective of the project is to improve the attractiveness of the investment and the economic development of the municipality of Koluszki by means of a comprehensive overhaul of the new investment areas, which are in line with the needs of potential investors in the SME sector. As part of the implementation of the project, the following tasks are foreseen: 1. Preparatory work — Execution of project documentation 2. The preparation of the investment site includes the following construction works: — macro-levelling of the land — Construction and reconstruction of the water supply system — Construction of a sewage system — Construction and reconstruction of the telecommunications network — Construction and renovation of the telecommunications network — Construction and renovation of the internal communication infrastructure — Construction and reconstruction of an internal communication infrastructure — Construction of street lighting — Removing the collision of lines for wind power plants with an investment site — Construction of electricity networks 3. The information and publicity measures addressed to investors 4. The project management and maintenance will be carried out by the following armed plots in the area of the city of Koluszki: — a parcel with a plot number 30 (room 2) with a surface area of 7.5112 ha — parcel number 16/6 (room 3) with a surface area of 6.7359 ha — parcel number 26/4 (room 3) with an area of 3.6297 ha — parcel number 26/7 (room 3) with a surface area of 3.4508 ha, with an indicative track record of the project’s objectives, will be: — Area of prepared investment sites: 21.32 ha — Number of investments located in prepared investment areas: 5 units — Degree of use of investment sites: 100 % — Number of jobs created by SMEs in investments located on the armed investment areas of women/men: The 35 FTE target group of the project is the business operators in the SME sector who are interested in operating in the investment areas in the municipality of Koluszki.
