Celem podstawowym projektu jest zwiększenie potencjału Wnioskodawcy Polfarmex S.A. do prowadzenia działalności B+R dzięki wsparciu finansowemu Unii Europejskiej przeznaczonemu na 2 etap inwestycji spółki w infrastrukturę B+R, polegającą na rozwoju nowoczesnych postaci leków o modyfikowanym i szybkim uwalnianiu substancji czynnej, w skali półtechnicznej i pilotażowej w Kutnie, w okresie 9 miesięcy: X 2019 - VI 2020 r. Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację jednego zadania: - dostawy 10 szt. urządzeń dla laboratorium do prac formulacyjnych w skali półtechnicznej i pilotażowej Kutnie. Zakończenie zadania (wytworzenie produktów projektu) umożliwi Wnioskodawcy rozpoczęcie badań nad innowacyjnymi grupami leków, w tym o modyfikowanym i szybkim uwalnianiu substancji czynnej, które stosowane będą w leczeniu: nadciśnienia tętniczego, chorób niedokrwiennych serca, działających nasennie i stosowanych w leczeniu cukrzycy, a w perspektywie kolejnych lat rozszerzenie tego asortymentu, dzięki ich wdrożeniu do przemysłowej produkcji. Osiągnięcie ww. celu wyrażają 2 wskaźniki rezultatu: 1) 1 przedsiębiorstwo korzystające ze wspartej infrastruktury B+R - wspartej w ramach projektu, 2) 1 realizowany plan prac badawczo-rozwojowych przy wykorzystaniu wspartej infrastruktury B+R w nowym obszarze (m.in. leki o modyfikowanym i szybkim uwalnianiu substancji czynnej, które stosowane będą w leczeniu: nadciśnienia tętniczego, chorób niedokrwiennych serca, działających nasennie i stosowanych w leczeniu cukrzycy). Grupy docelowe projektu obejmują: - Wnioskodawcę, który jako beneficjent odniesie bezpośrednie korzyści związane ze wsparciem zakupu nowej aparatury badawczej, - Pracowników Wnioskodawcy i współpracowników z ośrodków badawczych, którzy prowadzić będą prace B+R w oparciu o nową aparaturę, - Sektor farmaceutyczny, w ramach którego Wnioskodawca, dzięki realizacji projektu, wyznaczy nowe standardy dla leków, w tym o modyfikowanym i szybkim uwalnianiu substancji czynnej, któr (Polish)

The primary objective of the project is to increase the Applicant’s potential to carry out R & D activities through the financial support of the European Union for the 2th phase of the company’s R & D investment in the development of modern forms of medicines for the modified and fast release of the active substance, on a semi-technical and pilot scale in Kutno, within a period of 9 months: X 2019 — VI 2020. the objective will be achieved through one of the following tasks: — deliveries of 10 pieces of equipment to the laboratory for the formulation work on a semi-technical and pilot scale Kutno. Completion of the task (manufacturing of the project outputs) will allow the Applicant to start research into innovative drug groups, including the modified and fast release of the active substance that will be used in the treatment of: arterial hypertension, ischemic diseases of heart, nessays and diabetes in diabetes and, over the next years, the expansion of the range through their implementation in industrial production. Achievement of the objective is 2 result indicators: 1) 1 company benefiting from the supported R & D infrastructure — supported by the project, 2) 1 implemented R & D plan using R & D supported R & D infrastructure in the new area (including drugs with modified and rapid release of active substance that will be used to treat: arterial hypertension, ischemic heart diseases, sniffed and diabetes treatments.) The target groups of the project include: — Applicant which, as beneficiary, will benefit directly from the support for the purchase of new research equipment, applicants and associates from research centres to carry out R & D work on the basis of the new apparatus — The pharmaceutical sector, where the applicant, through the implementation of the project, will designate new standards for medicines, including the modified and rapid release of the active substance, which (English)
