Projekt pt."Termomodernizacja budynku użyteczności publicznej przy ul.Skrajnej 1 w Pacółtowie" polega na modernizacji kotłowni węglowej, dociepleniu ścian zewnętrznych budynku, dociepleniu stropodachu i wykonaniu nowego pokrycia dachowego, wymianie okien, montażu nowego wymiennika ciepłej wody użytkowej i jej podłączeniu do nowej kotłowni na biomasę. Ponadto planuje się montaż paneli instalacji solarnej wspomagającej instalację ciepłej wody użytkowej. Instalacja solarna będzie się składała z 20 kolektorów płaskich o powierzchni 40 m2. Projekt realizowany będzie w jednym etapie przez firmę wyłonioną zgodnie z PZP przez Wnioskodawcę. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia SzOOP RPO WiM poprzez spełnienie limitów i ograniczeń w realizacji projektów, w szczególności: - dobór działań i ich zakres oraz kwalifikowalność wydatków przeprowadzono na podstawie audytu energetycznego, - poziom efektywności energetycznej projektu mierzony spadkiem zapotrzebowania na energię na podstawie obliczeń ujętych w audycie energetycznym spadł o ponad 60% - redukcja CO2 na skutek termomodernizacji oraz wymiany źródła ciepła wynosi 100% - wspierane urządzenia do ogrzewania charakteryzują się minimalnym poziomem efektywności energetycznej i normami emisji zanieczyszczeń, które zostały określone w środkach wykonawczych do dyrektywy 2009/125/WE z dnia 21 października 2009 r. ustanawiającej ogólne zasady wymogów dotyczących ekoprojektu dla produktów związanych z energią. The project ‘Thermal modernisation of the public building at ul.Skrajna 1 in Pocółtowie’ consists of the modernisation of the coal boiler, the insulation of the external wall of the building, the insulation of the roof wall and the performance of the new roof covering, the replacement of windows, the installation of a new hot water exchanger and its connection to the new biomass boiler. In addition, it is planned to set up solar panels to assist the installation of hot water storage. The solar installation will consist of 20 flat collectors of 40 m². The project will be implemented at a single stage by the company selected in accordance with the PHP by the Applicant. The project is part of the establishment of the ROP WiM, by meeting the limits and limitations in the implementation of projects, in particular: — The selection of activities and their scope and eligibility of expenditure have been carried out on the basis of an energy audit, — the level of energy efficiency of the project, as measured by the decrease in energy demand on the basis of the calculations included in the energy audit, has fallen by more than 60 % — the CO2 reduction due to thermal modernisation and the replacement of the heat source is 100 % — supported heating equipment is characterised by a minimum level of energy efficiency and pollutant emission standards, which are laid down in the implementing measures of Directive 2009/125/EC of 21 October 2009 establishing a framework for ecodesign requirements for energy-related products.
