Przedmiotem projektu REMA S.A. jest wzrost efektywności energetycznej poprzez głęboką, kompleksową termomodernizację energetyczną zespołu połączonych budynków produkcyjnych wraz z wymianą źródła ciepła z węglowego na gazowe. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje kwalifikowane do dofinansowania roboty budowlane związane z wymianą stolarki okiennej, ociepleniem ścian zewnętrznych, ociepleniem stropu żelbetowego i poprawą sprawności systemu grzewczego poprzez montaż nagrzewnic gazowych wraz automatyką oraz montaż instalacji gazowej. Zakres prac budowlanych wynika z przeprowadzonego w przedsiębiorstwie audytu energetycznego budynków planowanych do termomodernizacji. Celem działań w projekcie jest zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania obiektu na energię końcową, a tym samym poprawa efektywności energetycznej obiektu. Zakres rzeczowy przedsięwzięcia obejmuje również wydatki na Audyt energetyczny ex ante, ekspertyzę ornitologiczną i chiropterologiczną, Studium wykonalności oraz Audyt energetyczny ex post, lecz nie są one wskazane do dofinansowania. Inwestycja będzie realizowana od 13.04.2018 do 31.08.2021. Najważniejsze etapy realizacji to: Prace przygotowawcze: 04-07.2018 ETAP 1: konkurencyjny wybór wykonawców: 03-06.2019 ETAP 2: roboty budowlane związane z termomodernizacją zespołu budynków produkcyjnych: 07-11.2019 ETAP 3: roboty budowlane związane z wymianą źródła ciepła: 07-08.2021 ETAP 4: audyt energetyczny ex post: 08.2021 Projekt spełnia założenia określone w SZOOP RPO WIM. W rezultacie wykonania zaplanowanych prac o charakterze stricte przedsięwzięć termomodernizacyjnych nastąpi zmniejszenie zużycia energii końcowej obiektu o 54,29% rocznie, zmniejszenie zużycia energii cieplnej o 58,09 % rocznie oraz zmniejszenie zużycia energii elektrycznej o 5,58% rocznie. W konsekwencji znaczącemu ograniczeniu ulegnie również emisja gazów cieplarnianych CO2 do atmosfery(o ponad 60% w skali roku). Adres projektu: ul. The aim of the REMA S.A. project is to increase energy efficiency through a deep, comprehensive energy renovation of the combined production unit of a combination of production buildings with the replacement of the source of heat from coal to gas. The material scope of the project includes eligible construction works for the replacement of window frames, insulation of the external walls, of warming of a gel rib and improved efficiency of the heating system by installing gas heaters and the installation of gas installations. The scope of construction works results from the energy audit of buildings planned for thermal modernisation carried out by the energy audit company. The aim of the actions in the project is to reduce the plant’s demand for final energy and thus improve the energy efficiency of the plant. The scope of the project also includes ex-ante energy audit, ornithological expertise and chitosan, the feasibility study and the ex-post energy audit, but they are not indicated for the grant. The investment will be implemented from 13.04.2018 to 31.08.2021. The main milestones are: Preparatory works: 04-07.2018 PHASE 1: competitive selection of contractors: 03-06.2019 PHASE 2: construction work for the thermal modernisation of the assembly of buildings: 07-11.2019 PHASE 3: construction work involving the replacement of the heat source: 07-08.2021 PHASE 4: ex-post Energy Audit: 08.2021 The project complies with the assumptions set out in the SZOOP ROP WIM. As a result of the work planned to be carried out strictly, thermal modernisation will reduce the final energy consumption of the plant by 54.29 % per year, reduce heat consumption by 58.09 % per year and reduce electricity consumption by 5.58 % per year. As a consequence, greenhouse gas emissions of CO2 to the atmosphere (more than 60 % on a yearly basis) will also be significantly reduced. Project Address: UL.
