Cel projektu: j.w. Zadania: 1.Doskonalenie zawodowe 10 nauczycieli ze SP nr 4 w Olecku oraz 5 nauczycieli ze SP w Świętajnie. 2.Zajęcia z informatyki i robotyki dla 60 uczniów SP nr 4 w Olecku i 30 uczniów SP w Świętajnie szkołach oraz doposażenie pracowni informatyki w szkołach i modernizacja programu nauczania. 3.Zajęcia z przyrody dla 32 uczniów SP nr 4 w Olecku i 36 uczniów SP w Świętajnie szkołach oraz doposażenie pracowni przyrody w szkołach i modernizacja programu nauczania. 4.Zajęcia z jęz. ang. dla 21 uczniów SP w Świętajnie oraz doposażenie pracowni przyrody w szkołach i modernizacja programu nauczania. 5.Wsparcie psychologiczne i/lub socjoterapeutyczne uczniów SP nr 4 w Olecku oraz SP w Świętajnie. Grupy docelowe: - szkoły podstawowe (SP nr 4 w Olecku oraz SP w Świętajnie) - poprawią jakość nauczania, zmodernizują bazę dydaktyczną i programy nauczania, podniosą kompetencje nauczycieli, co pozwoli na zachowanie trwałości projektu; - uczniowie ww. szkół - bezpośredni odbiorcy wsparcia objęci zajęciami dodatkowymi, a także nowymi programami nauczania i nauką na zmodernizowanym zapleczu sprzętowym; - rodziny uczniów (rodzice / opiekunowie prawni) - pośrednio, jako osoby decyzyjne o przystąpieniu do projektu niepełnoletnich uczniów; - nauczyciele - zaangażowani w proces podnoszenia jakości kształcenia, poprawią swoje kompetencje i wdrożą nowe rozwiązania w szkołach. Efekty projektu / Produkty: - 5 zmodernizowanych programów nauczania (2x informatyka, 2x przyroda, 1x j.ang.); - 5 doposażonych pracowni szkolnych (2x informatyka, 2x przyroda, 1x j.ang.) - wzrost jakości nauczania w zakresie 3 przedmiotów; - wsparcie rozwoju uczniów i rodziców w efekcie pracy psychologa i zajęć terapeutycznych; - wyrównanie deficytów poprzez zajęcia dla 12 uczniów o trudnościach w danym zakresie; - wsparcie rozwoju 32 uczniów uzdolnionych; - rozwój kompetencji kluczowych 199 uczniów; - podniesienie kompetencji 15 nauczycieli. Project objective: J.W. Tasks: 1.Professional training of 10 teachers from SP 4 in Olecko and 5 teachers from SP in Świętnie. 2.IT and robotics concepts for 60 SP 4 students in Olecko and 30 students in schools, and the retrofitting of school IT and teaching staff. 3.Nature concepts for 32 SP 4 students in Olecko and 36 students in schools, and equipping schools for nature at school and modernising the curriculum. 4.Translations of 21 students in Świętokrzyskie and the updating of the school’s nature room and curriculum modernisation. 5.Physiological and/or socio-therapeutic support for SPC-4 students in Olecko and SP in Świętaco. The target groups: Primary schools (SP 4 in Olecko and SPOT in Świętacno) will improve the quality of teaching, modernise the teaching base and curricula, empower teachers to preserve the sustainability of the project; Students of the above schools, direct recipients of support, and new curricula and studies on modernised equipment; The pupils’ families (parents/legal guardians) — indirectly, as the persons who decided to join the students’ project; — teachers who are involved in the process of improving the quality of education, will improve their competences and put in place new solutions in schools. Project outputs/Products: 5 modernised curricula (2x IT, 2x nature, 1x); — 5 extra school staff (2x IT, 2x Nature, 1x) — an increase in the quality of teaching in 3 subjects; — support for the development of pupils and parents as a result of the work of psychologists and therapeutic activities; — compensate deficits by targeting 12 students in difficulties; Support for the development of 32 talented students; Development of competences of key 199 students; Raising the competences of 15 teachers.
