Planowane wyposażenie odpowiednia jakość, kompleksowa infrastruktura o odpow. parametrach technicznych gwarantują realizację zaplanowanych działań na rzecz społeczności lokalnej. W ramach projektu stworzona będzie przestrzeń do podniesienia kwalifikacji, rozwoju umiejętności warsztatowych w tym m.in. : interdyscyplinarne pracownie, w których realizowane będą warsztaty rzemiosła artystycznego w tym: dot. ginących zawodów związanych z ceramiką, introligatorstwem, tkactwem, itp. warsztaty o tematyce modelarskiej, nowych mediów: video, film, media cyfrowe, sound art, fotografia.
