Projekt zostanie zrealizowany na terenie miejscowości Gąsawa na terenie działki nr ewid. 155/4 obręb i gmin a Gąsawa. Teren działki znajduje się w granicach strefy „B” i „W” ochrony konserwatorskiej i archeologicznej wyznaczonej dla zespołu zabytkowej zabudowy wiejskiej. Budynek przedszkola (dawniej szkoły ewangelickiej) ujęty jest w ewidencji zabytków woj. kujawsko -pomorskiego. Przedszkole Samorządowe w Gąsawie oferuje 9 5 miejsc. Obecna powierzchnia jest już w całości wykorzystywana na potrzeby opieki nad dziećmi. Dla zwięks zenia liczby miejsc w przedszkolu konieczna jest rozbudowa budynku i zwiększenie powierzchni przeznaczon ej pod dydaktykę oraz pomieszczeń pomocniczych. Dodatkowo istniejące pomieszczenia nie są w pełni dost osowane do potrzeb dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami, a jedna z sal dydaktycznych zlokalizowana jest na pięt rze budynku (w przypadku konieczności ewakuacji dzieci i opiekunowie mają do pokonania długą drogę ewak uacyjną prowadzącą po schodach). Głównym celem przedmiotowego projektu jest poprawa dostępu do usłu g edukacyjnych w zakresie wychowania przedszkolnego. Cel ten, w ramach przedmiotowego projektu, zosta nie osiągnięty poprzez modernizację budynku przedszkola wraz z rozbudową o nowe pomieszczenia na cele edukacyjne. Dodatkowo w ramach projektu zostaną zakupione elementy wyposażenia co pozwoli na podnie sienie jakości świadczonych usług. Cel główny (szczegółowy) powiązany jest z celami pośrednimi wynikający mi m.in. z analizy potrzeb środowiska społeczno-gospodarczego. Celami pośrednimi, które również uzasadn iają potrzebę realizacji projektu są m.in.: • podniesienie bezpieczeństwa wszystkich użytkowników przedszk ola (dzieci i pracowników), • polepszenie sytuacji higieniczno-sanitarnej obiektu, • (Polish)

The project will be carried out in the area of Gąsawa on plot No ewid. 155/4 rim and municipalities and Gąsawa. The plot of land is located within the “B” and “W” area of the conservation and archaeological protection designated for the rural heritage assembly. The nursery building (former evangelica school) is included in the register of historic monuments of Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province. The Local Government School in Gąsawa offers 9 5 places. The current area is already fully used for childcare. For an increase in the number of places in the kindergarten it is necessary to expand the building and increase the space for teaching and support facilities. In addition, the existing facilities are not fully tailored to the needs of children with disabilities and one of the learning rooms is located on the floor of the building (if children and caregivers are required to evacuate the building, they have to go a long way out of the stairs). The main objective of this project is to improve access to educational services for pre-school education in the field of pre-school education. This objective, within the framework of this project, is not achieved by the modernisation of the nursery school building with the extension of new premises for educational purposes. In addition, the project will acquire equipment components which will enable the quality of the services to be provided. The main (specific) objective is linked to the intermediate objectives due to, inter alia, the analysis of the needs of the socio-economic environment.
