Projekt zakłada utworzenie placówki wsparcia dziennego PWD dla dzieci i młodzieży na terenie Gminy Łukowica powiat limanowski, woj, małop,w 7 lokalizacjach: 2 w Przyszowej, po 1 w: Łukowicy, Stroniu, Młyńczyskach, Jastrzębiu oraz Świdniku. PWD oferowac będzie łącznie 140 msc wsparcia, tj. po 20 w każdej lokalizacji. w celu zadaptowania pomieszczeń pod potrzeby PWD zost przeprowadz niezbędne prace dostosow oraz zakupiony zost niezbedy sprzęt i wyposażenie np. meble, dywany, klocki, zabawki. Placówka o charakt opiek i specjl. będzie działać zg z ustawą o wspieraniu rodziny i syst pieczy zastęp. oraz Rozporz. w spr wymag lokal i sanit, jakie musi spełniać lok, w kt ma być prowadz PWD. Oprac zost niezbęd dok, w tym statut i reg. PWD bedzie działać w systemie nieferyjnym, min 4 godz.dzień, w formie usług świadczonych w społ. lokal, wg potrzeb UP.
