Projekt polega na zakupie harwardera z głowicą akumulującą. Jest to maszyna służąca do realizacji usług leśnych. Jej zakup umożliwi wprowadzenie w przedsiębiorstwie innowacji procesowej. Polega ona na znaczącym udoskonaleniu usług pielęgnacji lasu. Konkretnie, udoskonalenie polegać będzie na mechanizacji i automatyzacji sposobu świadczenia usługi pielęgnacji lasu w młodszych fazach rozwojowych drzewostanu. Mechanizacja i zwiększenie wydajności pozwoli z kolei na pozyskanie biomasy leśnej z prac pielęgnacyjnych i uprzątających przed zrębem. Takie zadania jest w stanie zrealizować specjalistyczna maszyna leśna – harwarder, mająca z jednej strony możliwość pozyskania cienkich drzewek z wykorzystaniem specjalistycznej głowicy akumulującej oraz ich zerwania na powierzchnię ładowną maszyny. Innowacja najogólniej polega na zmechanizowaniu zabiegów pielęgnacji drzewostanów młodszych klas wieku przy użyciu harwardera z akumulującą głowicą ścinkową i jednocześnie zrywki surowca przez tą samą maszynę. Planowany jest do zakupu harwardera z głowicą akumulującą o parametrach technologicznych pozwalających na zastosowanie w powyższych pracach. Wprowadzone rozwiązanie prowadzić będzie również bezpośrednio do zmniejszenia presji na powierzchnię ziemi i ekosystem leśny. Zamiast dotychczasowego zastosowania przy tych pracach pilarek i kos spalinowych (silniki dwu-suwowe) oraz emitujących hałas przekraczający dopuszczalne normy zastosowana będzie maszyna spełniająca wszelkie normy ekologiczne począwszy od hałasu, spalin a skończywszy na zastosowaniu olei biodegradowalnych. Inwestycja poprawi konkurencyjność przedsiębiorstwa. Dalej, dzięki przełamaniu bariery ekonomicznej możliwe będzie pozyskiwanie biomasy z odpadów po pielęgnacyjnych, co pozwoli firmie na dywersyfikację swojej działalności poprzez uczestnictwo w rynku odnawialnych źródeł energii. To z kolei wpłynie na zwiększenie podaży na rynku surowców odnawialnych co ma zasadnicze znaczenie dla ochrony środowiska i klimatu. (Polish)

The project consists of buying a harwarder with an accumulation head. It is a forestry service. Its purchase will make it possible to bring proceedings in the undertaking. It is a major improvement in forest care services. More specifically, it will be improved on the basis of mechanisation and automation of the way the forest services are delivered in the younger development phases. Mechanisation and efficiency will in turn make it possible to harvest forest biomass from nursing and cleaning work. Such tasks are capable of delivering a specialised forest machine — harwarder, which, on the one hand, is able to recruit thin trees using a specialised accumulation head and to break them on to the space of the machinery. The innovation is, more generally, the mechanical treatment of tree stands of younger age groups with a harwarder with an accumulated felling head and, at the same time, the purchase of raw material by the same machine. A harwarder shall be purchased with an accumulation head with technological parameters that allow them to be used in this work. The solution will also lead directly to the reduction of pressure on the ground and the forest ecosystem. There will be a machine complying with all the environmental standards, ranging from noise, exhaust gases to the use of biodegradable oils and on the use of biodegradable oils. The investment will improve the competitiveness of the company. Further, by breaking the economic barrier, it will be possible to harvest biomass from personal care, which will enable the company to diversify its activities through the market penetration of renewable energy sources. This will in turn increase the supply of renewable raw materials on the market, which is crucial for the protection of the environment and the climate. (English)
